Billy was my double first cousin, an exceptionally fine person, and a great friend. We enjoyed many good times together. My sympathy and prayers for Terri and Kim.
I consider myself blessed to have known Billy. He was honest to the core. While professing to be "Master of None", he was a master of personal relationships and very good if not Master at his job. May God bless him in eternity!
