Q: What will you never forget about Clyde?
A: Uncle Clyde would ask me to stand on the fireplace berth and have Jennifer (my sister) and me (Brittany) sing "Delta Dawn" and "Georgie Girl". We would sing to the top of our lungs. Aunt Donna would just clap and laugh. We felt so special! We love you Uncle Clyde and you will be truly missed.

I've known Clyde since I was a little boy playing little league. He was so magnanimous and his laughter was so infectious. Whether I was at his home, eating supper, or just kidding around, he always took the time to take me into his heart., treating me like a son. He loved a good joke; he put up with my shenanigans, thinking I knew more than I did. No matter, the smile, the acceptance, the love was in tact. He was a gracious, special human being. I will miss him more than I can put into words,. He was a character and the world has lost something unique. Like I said he was a father to me.
