I remember one very cold winter in Natchez. Heather, her mother, and I were spending some time in a townhouse downtown. One of the few winter storms came through that weekend and knocked out power to the hot water heater.
I got in touch with the Beacher family and we ended up spending a day with them and they treated us so kindly and let us use their home on very short notice. It ended up being a very fun adventure plus the extra time with the Beachers. I think that was the first time I had met Pamela.
Thank you for your friendship and kindness. I always look back on memories with the Beachers and smile.
