We started working together at UMMC over 38 years ago and have been close friends ever since, especially since we both retired a few years ago. Way back then she would leave at lunch to go get the perfect piece of lace trim to make hair barrettes or girlie socks for her young daughter. Annual beach trips will never be the same. Heartbroken is not a strong enough word. Love you always.
