Daniel R. Fewell, 77, of Florence, passed away on January 15, 2022, at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, La. Daniel was born on June 13, 1944, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and lived in Florence, MS for the past 37 years. He was a carpenter by trade and retired from Easley and Easley Millwork in Jackson, MS. He was a family man who loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed fishing and having fish fry's with family and friends. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and rebuilding classic cars. Daniel is survived by a daughter, Mary Jo Duran; sons, Mark R. Kelly and James E. Kelly; sisters, Barbara Fewell Stewart and Gaynell Perkins; brothers, Steven Fewell and J.R. Whitehead; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Natchez Trace Funeral Home in Madison, MS with a funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 12:00 pm. Burial will be in Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery.
