Charles Nicholas Brewer, 64, of Madison, MS was called home to be with his Lord and Savior while surrounded by family at his home on March 6, 2019.
A visitation honoring Mr. Brewer will be held Friday, March 8, 2019 from 5-7P.M. at Natchez Trace Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. with a visitation one hour prior to service at Natchez Trace Funeral Home.
Graveside will follow service on Saturday in the Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery located in Madison, MS at 759 Hwy 51.
Charles Brewer was born on December 7, 1954 in Leakesville, MS to Shirley Dueitt Russell and the late Charles Edward Brewer. He grew up in Leakesville where he attended and graduated from Wingfield High School. Charles attended Mississippi Baptist Medical Center School of Radiology as well as graduating from the Medical Sonography program in Oklahoma City to become the first registered diagnostic medical sonographer in the state of Mississippi.
Charles enjoyed spending time playing golf and attending his children's sporting events. Most recently he found joy through his grandchildren and following their many activities.
Charles is preceded in passing by his parent, Charles Edward Brewer; maternal grandparents, James Henry and Virgie Lee Dueitt; and paternal grandparents, Chason and Mattie Brewer both from Leakesville, MS.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Mrs. Brenda Sue Brewer of Madison, MS; two sons, Charles Craig Brewer of Madison, MS, Matthew Kyle Brewer and his wife Sarah Katherine of Madison, MS; one sister, Jan Russell Self and her husband Chris of Madison, MS; one brother, Kevin P. Maddox and his wife Angie of Pearl, MS; six grandchildren, Landon, Logan, Anna, Jack, Collins and McLain all of Madison, MS. Along with two nieces and three nephews.
