Diana Sanders, 84, of Jackson, passed away on July 28, 2024 at her home in Jackson, MS. Diana was born on August 10, 1939 and was the only child of Edward Christian Stuvee and Pearl Vera Johnson Stuvee. She was a parishioner of St. Therese Catholic Church. Diana went to the Art Institute of Chicago. After moving to Jackson, she went to Mississippi College. She retired from Gayfers department store. Diana loved entertaining and gardening. She liked seeing her friends and attending functions at Loyal Order of Moose for over 20 years. Diana is survived by daughters, Vanessa Farrington and Gloria Williamson (Mike); granddaughter, Carol Farrington and grandson, Christopher Boyles; and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert Sanders. Visitation will be held at Natchez Trace Funeral Home on Friday, August 2, 2024, from 12:30pm until 2:00pm. A funeral mass will follow in the chapel at 2:00pm and interment will be private in the Natchez National Cemetery.
